Little bear tiptoes past the anthills...

Way back in the winter, little bear came across a mysterious mound that had him perplexed for a very long time. It looked like it was made of bits and pieces of grasses and twigs... but nothing was happening (it was winter after all).

Well, after getting mauled by those three ants... little bear put on his deerstalker hat (like Sherlock Holmes) and followed the trail of ants (very carefully, mind you). It wasn't hard to follow them as there were lots of little ants tracking back and forth and then little bear saw it...
A massive mound with some fresh grass growing out of it... Little bear kept his distance and climbed a little shrub to get a better view. He couldn't quite believe what he was seeing... holy moly...
The whole mound was moving... a moving mass of ants - tonnes of them... and little bear was very grateful that he had only been mauled by three ants! But just to show how brave little bear can be...
he got his picture taken in front of the ant hill... isn't he a brave bear?? When told that most bears actually love to eat ants, little bear shuddered and muttered "no thank you". When told that you could buy chocolate-covered ants, little bear perked up at the idea of chocolate... but decided that the ant bit was a deal breaker! Little bear knows what he likes... and after his ant experience... ants are not part of what he likes...
